Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. You'll prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, working closely with clients and our project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing.
• Analyze project specs, drawings, and documents for estimates.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with budgets.
• Monitor project costs to stay within estimates.
• Assist in project bid and proposal preparation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proven Commercial Roofing Estimator experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems/materials.
• Proficiency in estimation software.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in construction management preferred).
• Relevant commercial roofing estimation certifications/training.
