- Manage and coordinate the service department’s daily activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of service orders.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
- Prepare reports and manage service budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of service management software and tools.
- Technical knowledge relevant to the industry.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or technical training.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a service management role.
