Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Indian Trail, North Carolina

Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in relevant industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
