Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing training and development opportunities. - Develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Monitor and analyze service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to keep the service department competitive. - Prepare and manage the service department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
