ProspectBlue is hiring a Project Manager to lead crews, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional client experience on every job.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a tight operation — managing job costs, scheduling, and crew development while keeping clients genuinely excited about the work.

What you'll own:

• Crew performance, training, and long-term retention
• Job profitability — estimating vs. actuals, change orders, and billing accuracy
• Client satisfaction from kickoff to final walkthrough
• Job site standards — safety, appearance, and quality on every project

You're a fit if you:

• Have experience managing painting or trades crews in a commercial setting
• Know how to read a job estimate and hold a crew accountable to it
• Lead with professionalism and take pride in the work your team puts out
• Communicate well with GCs, clients, and your own crew
