We’re looking for an HR leader who sees people not just as employees, but as the heart of a thriving organization. As our Director of Human Resources, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape our people strategy, nurture our culture, and ensure we’re attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you’ll help set direction, but also roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on all things people—strategy, structure, culture, and beyond.
Lead and develop the HR team across areas like talent acquisition, employee relations, DEI, performance management, total rewards, and compliance.
Champion a healthy, inclusive culture that reflects our values and supports employee engagement and growth.
Oversee benefits, compensation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with both business goals and employee needs.
Develop and execute training programs, career development initiatives, and succession planning strategies.
Act as a resource for managers and employees—guiding conversations with empathy, fairness, and clarity.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
