  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Strong accounting skills and ability to manage and interpret large sets of financial data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated client service orientation and ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and meets deadlines reliably

Preferred:

  • CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
  • Understanding of nonprofit accounting, investments, or tax issues
  • Experience in investment performance reporting or financial analysis
  • Familiarity with data analytics, APIs, or portfolio management software (e.g., Addepar, Black Diamond)
  • Prior experience as an Investment Performance Analyst, Investment Operations Associate, or similar role

Additional Information:

  • Full-time role with hybrid work flexibility after onboarding
  • Bonus potential of ~30% of base salary
  • Organization covers 95% of employee health benefits and offers a comprehensive benefits package
