Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure and other cloud platforms, with a strong background in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure and other cloud platforms. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate and streamline deployment processes. - Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud services. - Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. - Ensure adherence to best practices for security, compliance, and data protection in cloud environments. - Document infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures for team reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer with a focus on cloud technologies. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms. - Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC). - Solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in Azure or other cloud technologies. - Experience with other DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
