What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead on test automation strategy and execution across multiple platforms (web + mobile)

• Collaborate with developers, UX, product managers, and engineering leaders to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and “Definition of Done”

• Participate actively in agile rituals — stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and more

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using WebDriverIO, Cucumber, Appium, and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Perform hands-on testing across functional, regression, exploratory, and API layers

• Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI

• Identify, log, and escalate defects — and drive resolution with development teams

• Mentor junior engineers and help shape the team’s automation-first mindset

• Contribute to performance testing and help optimize release readiness across the SDLC

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of QA and Test Automation experience across complex systems

• Expertise in automation frameworks using BDD (Cucumber), WebDriverIO, Appium, Postman for API testing, and scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, X-RAY, or similar

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools (BrowserStack, SauceLabs, Perfecto)

• Exposure to hybrid cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud)

• Proven ability to lead quality efforts across large-scale digital products

• Bonus points for experience with performance testing tools like K6, JMeter, or LoadRunner
