Job Description

P3+Uplift is recruiting for an experienced leader to oversee a medium sized Salesforce Team with an Iowa based client. This position is ideal for the ultimate team player who understands how to grow and develop people ready to continue growing in their IT careers particularly in the Salesforce arena.  Our client’s seeking an employee centric leader with high emotional intelligence, curiosity and at least 5 years’ experience working closely within the Salesforce ecosystem across multiple technology and data teams. If you get excited about all things Salesforce and are currently a Certified Salesforce Administrator or have 1 year of experience developing in Salesforce and have experience leading medium sized teams through complex technology roadmaps call P3+Uplift today.


Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Salesforce team members to ensure oversight and guidance on current roadmap.
  • Ensure staffing and resources are met for the Salesforce and ancillary support teams.  
  • Manages all aspects technical and personal aspects of the Salesforce team. 
  • Partners with multiple technical teams including Software, QA, Data and Support team members to provide guidance and oversight on day to day projects.
  • Assist with data modeling and mapping.
  • Set goals and expectations for the Salesforce team including identifying professional development opportunities.
  • Lead continuous learning, and help the team acquire necessary skills to deliver modern salesforce functionality

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in multiple Salesforce instances including Salesforce Financial Services (SFSC)
  • Must have Salesforce Administrator Certification and proven knowledge across multiple Salesforce instances
  • 2+ years’ experience in data mapping, SQL, and analysis of salesforce environments.,
  • Ability to keep up with modern salesforce trends, best practices, salesforce integrations API capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Experience working in an iterative/agile work environment.
  • Prior experience or strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce implementation partners and vendors.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Annual Salary $160,000 – $200,000 + Bonus
