Analyst I

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst I to support a fast-paced Third-Party Information Risk Management (TPRM) team. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge tools like the OneTrust platform and help ensure vendors meet key compliance standards. What You'll Do

• Manage and track support tasks within the OneTrust platform, partnering with internal stakeholders and OneTrust contacts to resolve technical issues.

• Monitor and respond to incoming vendor and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.

• Review and evaluate security control documentation including SOC reports, certifications, and vendor policies.

• Assist with vendor risk assessments, interpreting questionnaire responses and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to flag delays, identify risks, and maintain transparency.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all correspondence and decisions for audit-readiness and team reference.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in technology support, system administration, or customer service.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including user story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Ability to create epics, features, user stories, and process flows that guide cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with or supporting vendor risk management, procurement, or third-party assessments is a plus.

• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 is a bonus.
