Job Title: Software Developer II – ServiceNow
Location: Preferred- Hybrid (Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN) Remote (U.S. only)  
Hybrid candidates must be able to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Overview:
We’re seeking a Software Developer II with deep ServiceNow experience to join a dynamic and agile team focused on continuous platform enhancement and process automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys sprint-driven work, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules (not limited to one specific module).

• Interpret and communicate user acceptance criteria and the impact of system changes to business stakeholders.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders during development to gather approvals and ensure smooth deployment.

• Contribute to the ongoing upgrade and optimization of the ServiceNow platform (currently upgrading to Washington DC release).

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong scripting capabilities, particularly with Java.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proven background in process improvement and automation.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions—ideal for someone with a business analyst background who has transitioned into a development role.

• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications that demonstrate proficiency and commitment to the platform.

• Recent experience with newer versions of ServiceNow (Utah, Tokyo, Washington DC).

• Clear understanding of platform capabilities and module configurations.
