P3+Uplift is leading the search for an Iowa based healthcare organization in search of a Market Director. Our client has multiple locations across Central and Southeastern Iowa. The Market Director will focus on joining leadership in operations to focus on implementing strategies for improved operations as growth. The Market Director will oversee and lead multiple locations in their advancements in all aspects of operations including oversight of individual site administrators. The target starting salary for this position is 170,000 annually. Additional benefits include a generous medical, dental, vision, 401K and annual bonus and reimbursement of expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and adjust key metrics within the market plan in accordance with sustainable growth.
- Oversee financial review process and analyze annual and quarterly revenue cycle and action planning.
- Prepare and report monthly to Vice President of Operations while attending bi-weekly and weekly status meetings on a necessary basis.
- Sr. Management of local site staff and their leadership.
- Makes decisions for and/or resolves problems for others while managing project planning for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Education in preferably in Business Administration.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and graph forecasts.
- Advanced skills in technology including computers, applications and office equipment.
- Ability to incorporate complex and complicated functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.
- Communicate complex information and interact with management to present, resolve, and address delicate situations.
- Solve business problems that threaten growth plans and work to predict roadblocks before they happen.
- May make recommendations for department policies, practices, and programs.
- Makes decisions for and/or resolves problems for others while managing project planning for the organization.
