P3+Uplift is working with a rapidly growing Tech Startup in its recruitment for multiple Account Directors.  Our client is a global company with in Europe, India, United States, China and Australia.  They provide AI powered Governance and Risk solutions to Finance, Banking and Insurance industries. While the Account Director can be a remote position travel will be required. The ideal candidate profile is a tenacious Sales Leader with a history of results in business development and account management within medium to large enterprise accounts covering a large territory.  If you are excited about leading edge technology solutions and have a background selling into the Insurance, Finance or Banking sectors this is a terrific opportunity to grow with a company while earning a substantial income.  Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and expanding key strategic accounts within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
  • Focuses on deepening relationships with major existing clients, including top-tier insurers, financial institutions.
  • Ability to identify technology gaps in the P&C insurance landscape and the ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, pain points, and strategic priorities.
  • Fostering trusted and long-term relationships at multiple levels within the client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations) to ensure a seamless client experience and drive account-based marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within existing clients.
  • Identify new use cases and product adoption opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing client concerns and needs.
  • Travel to client sites as needed


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within SaaS or similar industries.
  • 5 + years of experience working with insurance clients, banking or financial clients with proven experience with a strong understanding of the insurance value chain.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working directly with key stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, Chief Actuaries, and Underwriting Officers.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to drive account growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 3 years’ experience in complex, consultative sales and client management.
  • Experience working with an organization scaling from USD 10M ARR to USD 50M+ ARR
  • Technology background in SaaS platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject preferred
  • Positive, energetic, and creative
  • Background in a technology-related role within insurance or financial services.


Compensation/Benefits:

  • Base Salary $165,000 - $200,000 + Commission and Bonus for OTE above $300,000
