What You'll Own
Executive & Strategic Support — Calendar, email, priorities, and daily operations. You protect her time, keep things running, and you're the steady, organized presence she thinks out loud with.
Transaction & Listing Management — From pre-listing to closing, you own the details. Coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
Client Experience — You're a key point of contact during some of the biggest moments of people's lives. They'll feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for — because of you.
Marketing, Systems & Growth — MLS entries, CRM management, drip campaigns, follow-up systems, and review generation. You keep everything organized, consistent, and always improving.

How To Qualify
The Details
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + performance-based bonus opportunities
Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave; contribution toward medical benefits; licensing and professional development reimbursement
Location: In-office at 3033 Excelsior Blvd #100, Minneapolis, MN 55416
Beautifully remodeled office with scenic views, a supportive team environment, and free parking
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for urgent business needs
Additional Requirements:
Candidates should live within a 40-minute commute and have access to a personal vehicle for occasional work-related tasks. Valid driver’s license and insurance required; business mileage reimbursed.
