While the finished homes are visual, the real magic happens behind the scenes—that’s where you come in. We’re looking for an Operations Administrator who thrives at the center of it all—keeping projects moving, teams connected, and every detail in rhythm. You are the heartbeat of the studio, making sure all the moving pieces come together seamlessly.

Located on the Pasadena–Altadena border, Pride of Place is a boutique staging studio transforming high-end properties into curated, aspirational spaces. Our homes are known for an organic, textural signature—sculptural furniture, floral accents, white oak, and teak paired with rich walnut tones, and pops of black to engage the eye. Every property tells its own story, and our work brings that narrative to life with elegance, warmth, and attention to detail, helping homes stand out in a competitive real estate market.
We’re a tight-knit, energetic team that works hard, laughs often, and supports each other completely. Projects move fast, ideas fly, and we rely on everyone doing their part to keep the studio humming. The Details
Salary: $70k-$80k commensurate with experience
Benefits: Sick Pay, Vacation, and a contribution to employer-offered medical benefits
Hours: 8 am–5 pm, full-time, 40+ hours, with occasional evening flexibility
Location: Alhambra, CA (in-office). Candidates must live within 40 minutes, have daily access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and insurance
