Job Description

Do you enjoy driving projects forward, keeping systems on track, and making sure everyone is set up for success? Do you bring 2+ years of experience supporting top-producing real estate agents, an active CA real estate license, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments? Join Robert Colello, a top-producing agent who built a thriving book of business almost entirely through referrals, a testament to his dedication and proven results. In this role, you’ll provide concierge-level service to clients, support the team with warmth and professionalism, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re energized by meaningful work, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and like seeing the tangible impact of your efforts, this is the role for you.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the right hand and gatekeeper to Robert Colello, keeping operations seamless and helping the business thrive. In this role, you’ll manage complex schedules and communications, draft contracts, oversee listings and transactions, coordinate pre-listing activities, and deliver concierge-level service that delights clients.

You’ll also take ownership of projects from start to finish—delegating, training, and managing others when needed—while always keeping Robert focused on the highest-value activities. With your proactive communication style, you ask clarifying questions, set expectations, and follow through with precision. You’re the one who ensures systems run smoothly, projects stay on track, and clients and colleagues feel supported, even when unexpected surprises arise.

About Robert Colello

Event Coordination: Lead client events and twilight open houses (occasional evening/weekend work required).

You approach your work with a client- and team-focused mindset, always thinking ahead to how you can make things easier for others, and you offer ideas with clarity and an open, collaborative mindset. You view challenges as opportunities to learn something new and increase your skillset, approaching each with positivity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that make you a trusted and enjoyable teammate.
