We’re looking for a growth-minded Social Media Manager in the Philippines to work remotely and support a team of established, top-producing residential real estate agents.

The Opportunity


This is not a typical social media management role, and you will be working independently with direction from an established Marketing Manager. We are looking for an obsessive learner and creative force who will work directly with our leadership to execute a sophisticated, data-driven content strategy. You will have the opportunity to shape our voice across multiple platforms, transform raw content into compelling stories, and directly impact our lead generation and market position through cutting-edge tactics. The Role


The ideal candidate has some working knowledge of Instagram, is resourceful, loves to learn, and has a proactive drive to build scalable systems and processes.


As our Social Media Manager, you will manage, create, and implement all social media content and strategies to increase our online presence and drive lead generation. You will be responsible for translating our team's brand and value proposition into engaging content for Instagram, and possibly other platforms in the future.

You take charge, have a strong sense of urgency, and aren’t the type of person to shy away from a challenge. In the past, you have streamlined existing systems to ensure a company’s efficiency. You can catch the smallest of errors and know how to prioritize.

You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment, evolving responsibilities, and wearing multiple hats. Overall, you enjoy being a team player and recognize that there is no task too large or small that you are not willing to tackle! You are confident that your strength in being organized and willing to learn will allow you to jump into this new role and hit the ground running.


What You’ll Do 


Content Creation & Video Editing: 


  • Using a tool like Capcut to edit short-form content for Instagram, transforming raw footage into polished, high-impact Instagram Reels that resonate with a high-net-worth audience.
  • Use LLMs like Gemini to write compelling, SEO-optimized copy for all captions,

on-screen text, and alt text, adhering to our established "Hook, Re-hook, Value, CTA”

framework.

  • Design and create visually stunning assets (graphics, carousels, etc.) using tools like

Canva, Copilot, and ChatGPT, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.


Social Media Management & Execution:


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Instagram channel, including content

scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

  • Implement social SEO best practices across all content, including keyword integration,

geo-tagging, and descriptive alt text, to maximize visibility on Google search using

Gemini or other LLMs. 

  • Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes, providing proactive recommendations to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

Analytics & Systems Development:


  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), translating data into

actionable insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate ROI.

  • Develop and document content creation workflows, protocols, and organizational

systems (e.g., in Asana) to streamline our process from filming to the final post.


Qualifications & Desired Skills:


  • Experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role who can showcase strong brand-building and video editing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in video editing for short-form (Reels)
  • Understanding of social media SEO, keyword research, and how to create content that ranks on Google.
  • Good copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to capture a luxurious and
  • professional brand voice with the help of LLMs.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at creating efficient systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Proficient in: Manychat, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Capcut, Google Suite, Later, and project management tools like Asana
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the luxury real estate market or working with high-net-worth clientele.

The Details

Salary: $1000-$1800 USD a month (including bonuses), commensurate with qualifications and experience.

NOTE: Exceptional candidates with extensive expertise and a proven track record may be considered for a higher compensation package.

Hours: Full-time 40+ hours

Location: Remote. This position is open to candidates residing in the Philippines only.

(Office is based in San Francisco, CA) You must have a dedicated workspace free from

distractions and be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
