About the Role

As Stephen’s right hand, you’ll handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of the operation, managing schedules, overseeing transaction workflows, and providing concierge-level service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, client interactions, and transaction workflows.
  • Draft and manage listings, offers, and counter-offers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for third parties and vendors.
  • Manage the database and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare materials for appointments and handle email and calendar management.

You’ll also provide executive assistant support by handling correspondence, scheduling, and ensuring Stephen is fully prepared for every appointment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years supporting a real estate agent, loan officer, or working in escrow/title in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, MLS, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
  • License: A Florida real estate license is preferred, or you’re willing to obtain one within six months (team support only, not selling).

The Details

  • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000, with potential bonuses.
  • Benefits: Paid vacation and holidays.
  • Hours: Full-time, hybrid (3 days in-office), Monday - Friday.
  • Location: Stuart, FL 34996.
