Are you a driven individual with a knack for sales and a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership? MMC Lending is looking for Mortgage Loan Officers with a sharp entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, and excellent customer service skills. 

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, learning-oriented, and unafraid of rejection.

The Company:

MMC Lending is a direct lender and servicer fully licensed in 13 states. They offer a full range of non-QM, Bank Statement, P&L, and DSCR mortgage products, including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional conforming, and high-balance conforming. With MMC’s Maxwell POS system and Encompass Banker Edition, accepting applications and closing loans quickly couldn’t be easier.

At MMC, LOs can set their commission and work part-time, full-time, onsite, or remotely. When you choose to work onsite, you’ll find a friendly, supportive environment in fully equipped offices.

Furthermore, you can count on MMC’s in-house underwriting staff and dedicated and motivated support staff to help you resolve issues quickly and close more deals.

Responsibilities:

• Take initial applications and gather necessary documentation from clients.
• Prequalify clients based on established criteria.
• Develop and execute financing plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Serve as a liaison between real estate partners and mortgage lenders.
• Follow clients through the mortgage process, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize math and writing skills to process loan applications accurately.
• Find and originate new business. 

Requirements:

• You hold an NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) certification
• Sales background preferred.
• Strong communication, math, and writing skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Details:

Salary: W-2 commission only, paid 2nd Friday after closing
