Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group, Inc., is currently seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to over and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.

This is a contract-to-permanent position with a growing organization. Our client is currently seeking someone to work in a hybrid capacity in the Atlanta area. The rate range will not exceed $43 hourly.

Position Summary:
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical understanding to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
•Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
•Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
•Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
•Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, analysts, and other IT professionals.
•Foster collaboration among team members and promote a positive team environment.
•Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and provide guidance and support to team members.

Stakeholder Management:
•Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
•Regularly communicate project updates, progress, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
•Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment between business and IT objectives.

Risk and Issue Management:
•Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
•Develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
•Ensure timely resolution of project blockers and challenges.

Budget and Resource Management:
•Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
•Track and report on project financials, ensuring alignment with project goals.
•Manage third-party vendors and contractors as necessary.

Quality Assurance:
•Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
•Perform regular project reviews to assess progress and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, status reports, and lessons learned.
•Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
