Job Description

Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc is currently searching for Tier I and Tier II Helpdesk Support Analysts for onsite positions located in the Ontario and Cerritos, California areas. These are contract to permanent positions starting ASAP with the completion of a successful background check and drug test.

Position Summary:
The qualified individual will be responsible for information systems hardware, software and network support and problem resolution for end users. Experience with broad IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational ability are key to success for this position.

Compensation:
$52,000 to $65,000

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years enterprise IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience in a WINDOWs environment
  • Manage user accounts with working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Entra and Intune
  • Provides Tier One/Two support to end users including but not limited to workstations, proprietary software and desktop applications, printers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, network and internet connectivity
  • Collaborate with helpdesk peers and other technology departments such as in systems engineering, network, application development, software testing for problem escalation and problem resolution
  • Schedule install of new hardware or software and/or existing workstation revisions with user.  This includes imaging and actively exercising inventory and purchasing controls as per process
  • Previous experience working with an enterprise ITSM like ServiceNow, Avanti, Remedy to record and categorize all helpdesk incidents. Track and provide accurate documentation of issues
  • Understanding of Windows OS desktop/laptops technologies as well as capability to research and escalate complex issues to management, senior Desktop Engineering team members, or other Information Services personnel as required
  • Support IT applications both off-the-shelf and custom developed applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, perform system upgrades and refreshes.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • This position requires working onsite daily.
