Job Description

Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc. is presently recruiting for a ServiceNow Administrator for a permanent position for our client located in Dothan, AL. The qualified individual will be responsible to assist in the implementation and post implementation of general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications while seeking to improve performance and capabilities for the organization.

This is a permanent onsite position requiring US Citizenship or Green Card.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience ServiceNow Administration with previous experience performing a new implementation highly desired
• Perform regular platform updates, patches, and upgrades
• Manage and support ServiceNow's underlying infrastructure, including servers, database systems, and cloud services
• Monitor and manage the performance of the ServiceNow instances, including data integrity and security
• Ensure the security of the ServiceNow instances by managing user roles, permissions, access controls, and other security best practices
• Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces
• Oversee the integration and support of ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality/ integrations and provide technical support for system users
• Assist with communications relative to service request changes, adds, etc.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred not required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred not required
