Senior Vice President, Product & Data Analytics
Ontario, Canada | Hybrid | National health and benefits provider
Our client is a purpose-driven Canadian organization operating a differentiated model, bringing coverage and care together to remove friction from the healthcare experience and improve outcomes at scale. With strong momentum and a market-leading digital platform already serving millions of Canadians, the organization is entering its next phase of growth and innovation.
This is a CEO-reporting role. The Senior Vice President, Product & Data carries enterprise ownership of product, data, and customer experience strategy — including leadership of a senior team across product management, design, CX, and analytics. The role suits a leader who balances vision with execution, moves forward with imperfect information, leads through influence in a complex matrixed environment, and whose ambition connects to measurable health impact, not just commercial success.
The mandate:
The mandate is threefold.
First, to maintain market leadership. The organization's flagship platform is well-established and widely adopted; the opportunity is to sustain product-market fit as capabilities expand — deepening integration and ensuring the platform stays ahead of the market.
Second, to establish data as a competitive advantage. Working closely with Technology, integrate healthcare and benefits data at the member level and deploy analytics capabilities that differentiate the organization in the market.
Third, to prove outcomes. Build on that data foundation to demonstrate, with rigor, that plan sponsors see ROI and that members experience measurable health improvement. This is both a strategic priority and a commercial imperative.
Underlying all three: driving enterprise-wide adoption of data and insights to inform decision-making, prioritization, and investment trade-offs.
