Job Summary
We’re seeking a Senior QA Automation Analyst to join our team. This senior-level quality assurance professional will be responsible for creating comprehensive end-to-end test scripts and cases. The ideal candidate will independently design, build, test, and deploy test automation solutions to evaluate functionality, performance, reliability, stability, compliance, and compatibility with legacy and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain or maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Design, write, and execute automated tests using scripting for the Azure DevOps platform
- Strategically prioritize and maximize test coverage for critical system features
- Develop and implement test scenario execution plans
- Create thorough documentation for automated processes including test plans, procedures, and test cases
- Design and document automation test reports
- Construct test automation frameworks for UI and REST API Web Services
- Document and track bugs using appropriate tracking systems
- Monitor QA metrics throughout the Software Development Life Cycle in Azure DevOps
- Configure Continuous Integration within the Azure DevOps environment
- Perform exploratory testing to assess functionality from a customer perspective
Must-Have Skills
Technical Environment:
- Azure DevOps
- Test automation frameworks (nUnit)
- C#/.NET
- REST API services
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE)
- Understanding of security testing concepts and tools
- Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
- Ability to mentor junior team members and share testing best practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building automation frameworks
- Proficiency with nUnit, Selenium, and Visual Studio automation tools
- Ability to suggest framework enhancements for improved scripting capabilities
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating bug reports and prioritizing testing
- Exceptional attention to detail in testing web applications
- Excellent verbal communication skills for collaboration with engineering teams

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
