Job Description

Summary: The Shipping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of shipping teams, ensuring efficient coordination of driver schedules, delivery routes, and shipping documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage inventory systems accurately. Flexibility in work hours, bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, and physical capability to handle various materials are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shipping teams in daily operations
• Coordinate driver schedules and optimize delivery routes
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning inbound and outbound products
• Consolidate shipping orders for efficient processing
• Perform other related shipping duties as needed
