SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for driving the portfolio strategy for the assigned product or portfolio within the Field Service organization, aligned with the overall sales strategy. The role focuses on market development, customer coordination, and providing technical and commercial support.
Essential Functions:
- Execute the portfolio strategy for the Field Service organization, taking into account the sales strategy.
- Realize the volume ramp-up agreed between Sales and the business unit, covering market development from Awareness to Repeat in known markets.
- Actively develop the market and raise local awareness of the product portfolio, together with Regional Sales Managers (RSM)/Area Sales Managers (ASM), through activities such as sales pitches, local events, presentations, and pilot projects.
- Coordinate projects with customers, such as pilot projects and/or providing instructions for agents.
- Take the initiative in specifications work and collaborate on project realization.
- Provide technical and general commercial support, as well as train sales colleagues (ASM/ASE) on assigned products, including collaborating on marketing materials and locally required documentation (together with RSM).
- Reflect market feedback to the product management team.
- Participate in the negotiation and closing of framework agreements in close coordination with ASM/RSM.
- Visit customers on your own initiative, if necessary, to achieve set goals (with notification to ASM about any actions).

Environment:
- Work takes place in both a manufacturing assembly and office setting.
Physical Demands:
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate controls such as computer equipment.
- Clear communication with all employees is essential.
Travel Requirements:
- Approximately 50% travel is expected.
- This position may require travel within the U.S. or overseas.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a regular, full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Define target customers and plan customer visits.
- Design customer events.
- Participate in Product ThinkTanks/Practice Groups/etc. to integrate market feedback into the overall strategy.
- Collaborate on the sales strategy.
Preferred Education:
- Degree in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales and/or services in the energy market.
Skills:
- Expertise in the assigned product/portfolio.
- Ability to handle opposition effectively, both internally and externally.
- Versatility in developing go-to-market strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and engaging in direct sales work with customers.
- Strong intrinsic motivation and self-management skills.
