Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Hand Add Temp responsible for hand-add operations and supporting other roles within the plant. This entry-level role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness in the plant area, especially in the hand-add section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts to support production processes.
• Ingredient Management: Stage and organize ingredients for mixing operators as per mixing sheets.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate batch records to ensure traceability.
• General Cleanup: Perform cleaning duties inside and outside the hand-add area and finished product area.
• Backup Support: Provide assistance to other roles as needed and be available for overtime work.
• Repetitive Tasks: Perform tasks such as grasping, fine manipulation, and assembly with both hands.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Forklift experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to multi-task, stay focused despite interruptions, strong follow-through, self-motivated, and critical thinking.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent twisting, stooping, bending, climbing, and pushing/pulling.
• Frequent reaching and occasional overhead lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to outdoor/uncontrolled weather conditions, dust, and moderate to severe noise levels.
