Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in enterprise web development to support our dot com sites. This role involves detailed analysis and documenting business requirements to ensure the successful delivery of website initiatives.

Essential Duties:

• 70% Requirements Gathering:
  • Capture requirements for new processes, systems, user interfaces, and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal team members.
  • Advise on best practices.
  • Document current and future states in various forms.
• 20% Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with IT Development (onshore/offshore) and QA.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 5% Team Guidance:
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
• 5% Additional Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in documenting web-based systems, including business requirements and functional specifications.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems.
• Strong business process design and workflow analysis skills.
• Knowledge of IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with multiple data sources and ERPs.
• Familiarity with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Google Suite, Lucid Charts, Sitecore, and Salesforce is a plus.
