Must-Have Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience

Job Description:
The primary role of an Electrical Engineer is to design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems for various applications, including commercial, industrial, military, and scientific use. An ideal candidate should possess the ability to create engineering drawings and interpret blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, such as machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness, reliability, and safety of different design models.
- Estimate time and cost for project completion.
- Simulate and test machine/structure/system operations.
- Investigate and test products from vendors and competitors.
Project Leadership: As the Component Project Lead Engineer for the Wiring Harness Component group, you will:
- Coordinate project planning and verification & validation activities for both new and current production wiring harness components.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal clients to develop requirements, gather quotes, and create development plans.
- Ensure project planning adheres to established processes for new product development and continuous improvement.
Daily Activities:
- Coordinate project activities with a team of engineers.
- Develop product requirements with internal clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers on development activities.
- Create test plans and coordinate testing with internal and external labs.
- Conduct project review meetings and report to management.
Team Interaction:
- Conduct regular team meetings to assign tasks, address issues, and overcome roadblocks.
- Participate in team and section meetings to enhance processes and share knowledge of ongoing work.
Work Environment:
- Collaborate with a team of project lead engineers to ensure successful project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with circuit protection and wiring harness technology.
