Job Summary: Join our client, a prominent name in home décor, with over 60 years of industry excellence. As an Inventory Lead, you will oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the physical inventory of products. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory levels are synchronized with database records and in resolving discrepancies effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage perpetual inventory, reconcile actual stock count to database records
• Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical counts of inventory
• Verify computations against physical stock and adjust errors
• Prepare inventory reports, including balance, price lists, and shortages
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing agents, and manage deliveries
• Handle receipt, unpacking, and delivery of goods, ensuring proper storage and labeling

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; further education or certification in inventory management preferred
• Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a retail or warehouse setting
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
