Location: Oregon or SW Washington
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Essential Duties:
- Design complex MEP systems and coordinate with other design team members.
- Manage junior engineers, designers, and drafters.
- Attend and present at client design review meetings.
- Write technical specifications, testing documents, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with architects and contractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with MEP systems.
- Promote and build relationships with external clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an independent designer/engineer.
- Must possess a PE License.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Ability to lead and manage others effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with design-build experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
Location Preferences:
- Ideal candidates will have a PE in Oregon and reside in Oregon or SW Washington. Candidates in Arizona or willing to relocate are also considered.
