Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction through direct support and training for our OEM customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, provide feedback, and document findings from OEM customer visits.
- Analyze the value chain of OEM customers along the product production process.
- Conduct training courses at OEM customers to ensure compliance with operating instructions for new and existing products.
- Lead the introduction of new products, including training on assembly steps.
- Develop and implement actions to improve product-related assembly processes at OEM customers.
- Provide general product training to OEM customers.
- Test and commission special applications in the field.
What We Expect From You:
- Engineer or technician with a specialization in electrical engineering and several years of professional experience.
- Business fluency in English; additional proficiency in Spanish is preferable.
- High willingness to travel.
- Distinct customer and service orientation with strong analytical skills and a systematic approach.
- Experience in moderating and with moderation techniques.
