Job Description

-1/9/2023 starts
-13-week contract with possibility of extension
-8:30am-5pm shift
-Mon-Fri schedule with rotating weekends
-40 hours per week
-Must have at least one (1) year of Home Health LVN experience within the past 3 years
-OASIS experience is preferred
-CA VN license is required
-BLS
