Job Description

We are hiring a Welding Instructor  with expertise in structural welding, pipe welding, to train the next generation of skilled welders. Ideal candidates will have hands-on industry experience and a passion for education, safety, and student development. Instructional design and content development experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach welding techniques including structural welding, pipe welding.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to ensure student skill proficiency.
• Enforce strict welding safety protocols to maintain a secure learning environment.
• Participate in Boot Camps and New Hire Orientation programs as a subject matter expert.
• Support development and refinement of the welding training curriculum, integrating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Act as a resource to instructional designers and content creators for technical content accuracy.
• Track student progress and update daily.
• Supervise and support on-the-job mentors assigned to welding trainees.
• Manage the maintenance of welding tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in structural welding, pipe welding, brazing, and soldering.

• Previous experience as a welding instructor or trainer preferred.
• Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning content creation is a plus.
• Strong communication, evaluation, and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and instructional excellence.
