Location: Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | $25 - $35 per hour DOE
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an HVAC Service Coordinator, where you'll play a critical role in keeping our service operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, and customer service.
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for HVAC service technicians
Dispatch technicians based on skill set, urgency, and location
Respond quickly to emergency service calls and ensure efficient technician assignment
Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring prompt updates and support
Procure and manage parts, tools, and materials for service jobs
Assist with inventory control, vendor coordination, and material returns
Document and manage work order flow, time reporting, and service records
Support field productivity by providing logistical and administrative support
Collaborate closely with field, office, and management personnel to resolve issues and ensure project success
Minimum 3 years of related experience in HVAC dispatching, coordination, or service support
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of office procedures, record keeping, and computer applications
Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in scheduling, customer communication, and basic math
Experience with purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor communication preferred
Geographical awareness to optimize technician routing and logistics
