L2 Team Systems Analyst
Position Summary
At Comfort Systems USA, Inc., we rely on our L2 Systems Analysts to provide best-in-class IT support to operating companies across the organization. As a member of the L2 team, this person will have the opportunity to help support IT infrastructure and systems for operating companies at over 140 locations across the United States. Our L2 Systems Analysts help to support and maintain the computer systems, software, and peripherals our operating companies use each day. What You Will Do
- Provide support to all end users in a courteous manner while tracking all progress via our ticketing system, regardless of whether the request was made via telephone, e-mail, shoulder tap, or help desk ticket.
- Day-to-day support of local IT infrastructure (hypervisors, network switches, routers/firewalls, backup servers).
- Day-to-day support of local IT hardware and software using best practice and collaboration with peers and\or management as needed to aid in troubleshooting.
- Initial configuration and deployment of hardware and software for OpCo
- Act as an escalation point for our L1 team members and a de-escalation point for our L3
- Act as a technical lead on local and/or regional projects and
- Daily participation in local and regional L2 Team support
What You Need
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable

- Comfortable working & communicating with team members and business
- Comfortable reaching out for help when
- Ability to travel, as needed, for projects, acquisitions
- One to five years of successful experience working in an end-user facing role in a troubleshooting capacity
- Experience supporting remote users distributed over several locations (preferred)
- Education: Associate degree in computer-related discipline; bachelor’s degree Technical certifications are also considered.
