Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting for skilled trades in the electrical and mechanical sectors (commercial and industrial). In this role, you’ll develop sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Source, screen, and recruit top talent in the electrical and mechanical trades
Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple projects and locations
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future needs
Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment standards
Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and outcomes
Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals
5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in mechanical/electrical trades (commercial & industrial)
Prior agency recruiting experience required
Based in or willing to relocate to Richmond, VA (with hybrid work flexibility)
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency with ATS systems, recruiting platforms, and social media sourcing
Experience recruiting within construction or related industries highly preferred
