  • Plan, organize, and staff key field positions in collaboration with regional department heads.

  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within company guidelines.

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and key stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.

  • Monitor construction progress and collaborate with Superintendents to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement corrective measures to avoid project delays or cost overruns.

  • Represent the company in project meetings, client discussions, and strategic negotiations.

  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, contract compliance, fee payments, and rental equipment.

  • Maintain strong client relationships while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing project culture.

  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities as assigned by corporate executives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and project management within the MEP industry.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams in a collaborative, communicative, and goal-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills — able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Business-minded approach with a strategic focus on project success, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
