Role & Responsibilities
Review RFPs and subcontractor contract documents for scheduling requirements.
Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule and schedule management procedures.
Revise schedules and procedures as project conditions change.
Perform delay analyses, including developing chronologies for delay events.
Monitor contractor schedules (Primavera P6) to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and reporting requirements.
Track manpower, material, and equipment needs to maintain project progress.
Identify schedule variances and measure progress against the baseline.
Manage the integrated project schedule compiled from all subcontractors.
Collect and update data for project progress reports.
Lead weekly/monthly schedule coordination meetings with subcontractors and participate in client schedule meetings.
Prepare meeting materials and document meeting minutes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a construction scheduler.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and progress tracking.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze schedule variances and prepare accurate reports.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
