Field Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee plumbing construction projects, manage field operations, and ensure successful job site performance. The Field Supervisor will play a critical role in leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all field operations in alignment with project contracts, drawings, and company standards.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and equipment rentals to meet project goals within budget.
• Mentor and oversee on-site plumbers and apprentices, maintaining project schedules and minimizing overtime.
• Enforce strict OSHA and company safety standards to promote a safe, compliant job site.
• Monitor contract provisions, specifications, and quality standards to ensure all work meets client expectations.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership regarding staffing, scheduling, and budget performance.
• Ensure quality plumbing installation and service delivery while building strong client relationships.

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in plumbing, piping, or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractor performance.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a detail-oriented and flexible approach to managing field teams.
• Ability to foster teamwork and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced construction environment.
