��️ What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, including controls, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units.

  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot systems independently with minimal supervision.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to deliver quality solutions.

  • Occasionally provide supervision or mentorship to junior technicians.


What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC/R experience

  • Proficiency with systems including RTUs, mini splits, CRAC, boilers, chillers, VAV/VVT systems, and more.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

  • EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required)

  • NATE Certification (Preferred)


⚙️ Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and occasionally more

  • Comfortable working in tight or high spaces and extreme weather conditions

  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling


�� Work Environment:

  • Outdoor work and exposure to mechanical rooms

  • High-voltage environments and moving equipment

  • Loud environments, extreme heat/cold, and potential exposure to chemicals


�� Other Details:

  • Full-time role (40+ hours/week guaranteed)

  • Limited overnight travel

  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
