Job Title: Nitrogen Pumping Technician (CDL – Supervisor Level)
Location: Gulf Coast & Multi-State Travel
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nitrogen Pumping Technician with a Class A CDL (with tanker and hazmat endorsements) to operate equipment, supervise small crews, and oversee nitrogen pumping operations across multiple states. This role combines hands-on technical work, equipment operation, and leadership in the field.
What You’ll Do:
Safely drive tractor trailers and nitrogen pumping equipment to and from job sites (multi-state travel required).
Perform and supervise nitrogen pumping jobs.
Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 technicians in shop and field settings.
Maintain compliance with DOT, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct routine equipment maintenance and complete required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with clients and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Coordinate logistics and assemble project equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years Class A CDL driving experience (with tanker & hazmat endorsements).
2+ years nitrogen pumping experience.
Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise crews.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain safety standards.
Clean, insurable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in shop/field environments.
Schedule & Pay:
21 days on / 7 days off rotation.
Average ~65 hours/week during on-duty cycles.
Lodging and $35/day per diem provided when working offsite.
