In this role, you will be responsible for performing service, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments
• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and other HVAC equipment
• Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools to identify system issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance
• Accurately complete service documentation using a handheld device
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle within an assigned territory
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on job sites

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC service and repairs
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with chilled water or boiler systems is preferred
• OSHA 10 Certification (company will provide if not already certified)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check
• Must pass a physical ability test
• Valid driver’s license required
