We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Services Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, and a proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned plumbing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure jobs are properly staffed and equipped.
  • Conduct regular job site inspections and attend client meetings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Order and coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track labor, equipment rentals, and material costs against the project estimate.
  • Schedule and oversee inspections, permits, bonds, and certificates of insurance.
  • Document and manage project change orders; ensure client approval before execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, logbooks, and COIs.
  • Conduct pre- and post-project meetings with plumbers and field teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of commercial plumbing experience; 2 of which in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and project management tools

Preferred:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
  • Experience with construction budgeting and estimating software
  • OSHA safety knowledge and familiarity with building code regulations
