We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Services Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, and a proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned plumbing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Monitor project progress and ensure jobs are properly staffed and equipped.
- Conduct regular job site inspections and attend client meetings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
- Order and coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers.
- Track labor, equipment rentals, and material costs against the project estimate.
- Schedule and oversee inspections, permits, bonds, and certificates of insurance.
- Document and manage project change orders; ensure client approval before execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, logbooks, and COIs.
- Conduct pre- and post-project meetings with plumbers and field teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of commercial plumbing experience; 2 of which in a supervisory role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with computers and project management tools
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Experience with construction budgeting and estimating software
- OSHA safety knowledge and familiarity with building code regulations
