About the Role:

Seeking a skilled Pipe Foreman to lead and supervise all aspects of pipefitting and welding operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial piping systems, including installation, layout, and fabrication, while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained throughout production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of pipefitters and welders on the production floor.
• Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs to ensure accurate pipe installation and assembly.
• Plan and schedule daily work assignments to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and quality control procedures.
• Inspect completed work to verify adherence to specifications and identify any non-conformities.
• Maintain inventory of pipe materials, tools, and equipment needed for ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and project managers to streamline workflows.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of industrial or manufacturing piping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of industrial piping materials (stainless, carbon steel, etc.) and techniques (threaded, welded, grooved).
• Familiarity with ASME codes, OSHA safety regulations, and fabrication shop procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Welding certification or pipefitting license is a plus.
