Journey-Level Electrician – Commercial HVAC
�� Lacey/Tacoma, WA | �� $35–$60/hr | �� Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Journey-Level Electrician to join our Commercial Construction team. With over 50 years of experience in mechanical systems, we offer long-term career stability, top-tier benefits, and a collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medium- and low-voltage electrical systems supporting HVAC equipment
• Read blueprints, bend conduit, pull wire, and prepare as-builts
• Diagnose and repair electrical components and control systems
• Ensure compliance with NEC, WAC, and RCW codes
• Collaborate with project managers and tradespeople to meet deadlines safely

What You’ll Need:

• Active Washington EL-01 license
• Valid WA driver’s license
• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-related electrical systems
• Ability to work at heights and in tight spaces
• Professional attitude, clear communication, and team mindset
