HVAC/Plumbing Project Foreman – Commercial
Location: Louisville, CO
Wage Range: $35–$45/hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | OT Eligible
Department: Service

Overview:
A leading mechanical contractor is hiring a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Technician to handle installations, start-ups, and overhauls of HVAC and boiler systems. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge in refrigeration, controls, electrical systems, piping, and brazing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, start up, and overhaul commercial HVAC and boiler systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair using schematics, piping diagrams, and engineering specs

  • Coordinate job prep: layout review, material gathering, and site readiness

  • Maintain service vehicle and job documentation

  • Stay current with equipment and service techniques

  • Provide technical support to customers

  • Flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC/plumbing install experience

  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

  • EPA Universal Certification preferred

  • Must pass background check, drug test, and physical
