Service Sales Manager - Cincinnati, OH (supporting southward region)
We are seeking a driven, technically minded Service Sales Manager to join our growing team and help expand our mechanical/HVAC services footprint. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to take ownership of a strategically important region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting new service agreements and mechanical project opportunities (70/30 split).
- Drive new business with a hunter mentality—expect a 50/50 blend of field and office-based activity.
- Conduct initial estimating and project scoping before passing to operations for execution.
- Manage a territory with a 75-mile radius around Cincinnati with a primary focus southward.
- Collaborate with two other sales team members—fostering a tight-knit, team-first environment.
Qualifications:
- Previously sales in mechanical or HVAC-related services.
- Experience with and knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, and controls.
- Experience estimating and job scoping processes
- Experience using CRMs (North Boundary preferred, but training available).
