Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

We’re searching for a Senior Project Manager to oversee mission-critical commercial builds—think data centers and hospitals—with a sharp eye on quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing all aspects of one or multiple projects to ensure success in meeting schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in HVAC construction, and a proven ability to drive project teams toward exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full project lifecycle for large-scale mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing) in commercial/industrial builds
• Manage client expectations, subcontractors, budgets, change orders, and schedules
• Oversee field operations and support the coordination of labor, materials, and equipment
• Serve as the operational point-of-contact for multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure quality control, jobsite safety, and project closeout are executed flawlessly

What You Bring:

• 5 years or more of mechanical construction project management experience
• Previous project experience with data center and healthcare/hospital environments
• Proven leadership managing multimillion-dollar HVAC/mechanical scopes
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Prior operations or field leadership experience
